Deluxe (Burbank, CA) has acquired Softitler (West Hollywood, CA), a DVD production services company that arranges subtitles, captions and other localized content. The expansion enlarges Deluxe’s DVD capacities -- the company now offers subtitles in more than 50 languages, as well as proprietary DVD applications. Softitler employs a full-time staff of 145 and 800 contract translators worldwide.
