Digital View (Morgan Hill, CA) has presented its AL-1280 display-interface controller that comprises a compact, multi-sync interface for analog, RGB connections to myriad LVDS-interface, TFT-LCD panels. The system operates with supporting panel resolutions that range from 640 x 480 to 1,280 x 1,024 pixels, and features automatic upscaling of lower resolution inputs to higher-resolution FPDs. The AL-1280 incorporates display interfaces with a small-form factor (4.2 x 3.6 in) for signage, medical and industrial applications, and is designed to serve system integrators, VARs and OEMs for custom LCD applications.
